The Range Rover is the largest available model from Land Rover and comes in HSE, HSE Luxury (Lux), and Supercharged models. The base model HSE and HSE Luxury have the same engine performance, with a 5.0 litre, V8 engine; with a baseline horsepower (hp) of 375 that can produce a maximum of 375 pound-feet (lb.-ft.) of torque. The HSE Luxury differs in some of the extra standard features it comes with, such as auto-dimming exterior mirrors. The Supercharged model sports a higher performing, supercharged V8 engine, that produces 510 horsepower (hp) and as much as 461 pount feet (lb.-ft.) of torque. Speed performance in the Supercharged is noticeably higher and can reach a speed of 100 km/h in 6.2 seconds, versus the baseline V8′s 7.5 seconds. Both offer 6-speed automatic transmissions. The Range Rover comes with an array of standard luxury features such as real wood veneers which are matched by its off-road capabilities, including a water wading depth of over 2 feet. Optional feature highlights include reclining rear seats and Automatic High Beam Assist (which detects oncoming or followed vehicles and switches between high and low beams).
