The Pilot is the largest of Honda’s 3 available SUV offerings, both in power (250 hp) and passenger capacity (8 people). It comes in 5 models, including the base LX 2WD, LX, EX, EX-L, and Touring. While the base LX 2WD is a 2-wheel drive, all other models come standard with 4-wheel drive system (VTM-4). All models have the same, 250 horsepower (hp), 3.5-litre, 24-valve, SOHC, i-VTEC® V-6 engine; with 5-speed automatic transmission and produce 253 pound-feet (lb.-ft.) of torque. While the LX 2WD is different from the LX based on its drivetrain (2WD vs 4WD), all other models differ from each other based on luxury features. For instance, only the EX, EX-L and touring models come with accessories such as a standard rear camera, and second row folding arm rests. Standard feature highlights for all models include integrated trailer hitch, roof rails, and Vehicle Stabliity Assist (VSA) with Traction Control.
